Note to Parents

I have found that the majority of my students do not eat any fish at all. Perhaps this is contributing to their difficulty with math. Here's why:

Fish contains Omega-3 and Omega-6 oils which are necessary for the development of memory and concentration, and can even help with depression. These oils also contribute to healthy hair and skin (dogs and cats too!)

If the student eats no fish, please purchase Omega-Oil supplements which have equal amounts of Omega-3 and Omega-6.  Have the student take them every day, or every other day. They are non-prescription health foods, they are not drugs. As with any supplement, liquid form is best. Gell capsules are also efficient.

Also, the following supplements have been found to be helpful.
